First and foremost, we are Istrian.
We were born and raised here, at the tripoint of cultures, and we are proud of it.
Our wines and olive oils are entirely made in Istria, in different micro and macro locations. We cultivate and process indigenous grape and olive varieties in a sustainable way. What our variety of wines and olive oils share in common is that they represent the combination of Istrian tradition with modern production technologies, and come from the peninsula's very south - its sunniest and warmest part.
